  • Bodee Weiss

    This month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month is Bodee Weiss. Weiss is a 2004 born goalie for the Medicine Hat Hounds Pee Wee Tier 1. For the 2016/17 regular season Weiss posted a 16-0-2 record, 1.67 GAA and .922 save %. Weiss was a key player for the Hounds that went undefeated in the regular season and are now heading to provincials. The Bow Island, Ab, product was also a member of the 2004 Foothills Firestorm during the spring season. Weiss tries to model his game after Philadelphia Flyers star goalie Steve Mason and his favorite equipment brand is Vaughn.   • Mitchell Pearce

    This month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month is Mitchell Pearce. Peace in his first full year as a goalie is a member of the Bow Valley Atom 1 Flames. So far this year the 2007 born goalie has a record of 7-3-0 with a 2.50 GAA and 1 shutout. For the upcoming spring hockey season Pearce has been offered a spot on the 2007 Foothills Elite Ice Kings. Pearce tries to model his game after Los Angeles star goalie Jonathan Quick and his favorite equipment brand CCM. Congratulations Mitchell on being named this month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month!

  • Niko Proverbs

    This month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month is Niko Proverbs. Proverbs is a member of the Calgary Royals AA Bantam Gold team. So far this year the 2002 born goalie has a record of 4-2-2 with a 4.07 GAA and a .891 Save %. In 2015-16, the Calgary native played with the Glenlake Hawks Bantam 3. With the Hawks he posted a 14-15, 2.32 GAA, .930 Save % record. This past Spring Proverbs was also a member of the 2002 Jr. Hitmen squad. Proverbs tries to model his game after Washington Capitals star goalie Braden Holtby and his favorite equipment brands are Vaughn and Brian’s.   • Ethan Eskit

    This month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month is Ethan Eskit. Ethan plays for the Springbank Rockies in the Calgary Atom 1 League. In 2015-16, still with the Rockies, Ethan posted an impressive 28-2-1 record with a 2.10 GAA, helping the Rockies win the City and Provincial Championships. Ethan’s favorite equipment brand is CCM and he really enjoys watching Carey Price play. In the future, Ethan aims to pursue a career in the WHL and the professional ranks. Congratulations Ethan on being named this month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month!

  • Steven Romanchuk

    This month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month is Steven Romanchuk. In the 2015-16 season, Romanchuk played for the PeeWee 1 Blackfoot Chiefs. During the season, he was called up to play in the Bantam ranks where he registered his first shut-out of the season. Romanchuk’s biggest accomplishment is winning the Esso Minor Hockey Week Championship in Atom. This spring Romanchuk will be playing with the 2003 Skillz and is hoping to make on of the AA Buffalo teams this fall. Congratulations Steven on being named this month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month!

  • Ben Pohill

    This month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month is Ben Polhill. Polhill played Atom hockey in Cochrane this winter where he led all Atom goalies in the Central Alberta Hockey Leagues, with a 1.67 GAA and 4 shutouts. He also picked up 4 more shutouts in exhibition play, posting a .925 SAV% overall. Polhill is proud to be playing spring hockey with the ’06 Spartan One team. His favorite hockey memory is all the friends he has met on all his teams. Congratulations Ben on being named this month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month!

  • Carter Vooys

    This month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month is Carter Vooys. In Atom, Vooys had the opportunity to travel and play with Team Brick Alberta in Texas and California. In 2014, Vooys goaltending career was placed on hold after being diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. In the fall, Vooys returned to play with Sundre Minor Hockey and played with Red Deer Rustlers during the spring, while continuing treatment. This past season Vooys played with the Old Grizzlies AA program and aspires to play at the highest level possible. Congratulations Carter on being named this month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month!

  • Simon Harkness

    This month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month is Simon Harkness. This past season Harkness played for the Bantam AA Gold Royals. During the season he posted a 6-4-3 record with a 0.893 save percentage and a 3.74 GAA. Harkness hopes to play Midget AAA for the royals before playing university hockey or in the WHL and potential even the professional ranks! Simon’s favourite hockey memories are winning Esso Minor Hockey Week in Atom and being selected to play for the Royals in Bantam. Congratulations Simon on being this month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month!

  • Josh McCallum

    This month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month is Josh McCallum. A World Pro student since 2011, McCallum played this past season with the Pee Wee 1 Midnapore Mavericks. In January, McCallum backstopped a championship run in Esso Minor Hockey Week where the Mavericks won the championship in a shootout. During the spring, McCallum plays with the 2003 Spartan Coyotes. His aspirations are to one-day play collegiate hockey. Congratulations Josh on being named this month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month!

  • Nolan Code

    Nolan Code is this month’s Vaughn Goalie of the Month! Born and raised in Calgary, Nolan currently plays for the Northwest Warriors Bantam 2 team. In his first year of Bantam, he has so far had a solid start with a 1.8 GAA and only one loss. Next season Nolan hopes to play quadrant hockey for the Northwest as a 14 year old. Congrats Nolan on being named this month’s Vaughn’s Goalie of the Month!

  • Cameron Hrdlicka

    This month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month is Cameron Hrdlicka. Cameron, a student of World Pro since 2011, currently plays with the Southwest PeeWee 1 Cougars. During the spring, Cameron plays with 2003 Jr. Hitmen Elite. In 2014, he traveled to the Europe with the AAA Canada Cowboys to play in the Czech Hockey Challenge Cup. Cameron aspires to one-day play in the NCAA. Congratulations Cameron on being this month’s Vaughn Goalie of the Month.

  • Taylor Gauthier

    This month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month is Taylor Gauthier. This past season Gauthier had a 16-0-1 record with the Calgary Bantam AAA Bison’s posting a 1.21 GAA and a .950 SAV% with 5 shutouts. Gauthier, a student of World Pro Goaltending since 2009, was named the 2014/15 AMBHL goaltender of the year from his success. For the upcoming year Gauthier is hoping to play Major Midget for the Buffaloes as a 15 year old. Congratulations Taylor on being this month’s Vaughn Goaltender of the Month!
